These Terms of Service govern the use of Jestsee Postiz ("the App"), a self-hosted social media management application available at https://app.postiz.jestsee.com.

Description of Service

Jestsee Postiz allows users to create, schedule, upload, and publish content to connected social media platforms, including TikTok, using official platform APIs.

The App is intended for personal content management and publishing purposes only.

User Responsibilities

By using the App, users agree to:

• use the App in compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• only publish content they own or are authorized to publish
• not use the App for spam, harassment, scraping, unauthorized automation, or illegal activities

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or publish through the App.

TikTok Integration

Jestsee Postiz uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API to:

• authenticate users
• upload videos
• publish user-authorized content

The App only accesses data and permissions explicitly authorized by the user.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, reliability, or compatibility with third-party services including TikTok.

We are not responsible for:

• content posted by users
• actions taken by third-party platforms
• service interruptions caused by external APIs or providers

Termination

Access to the App may be suspended or terminated if misuse, abuse, or violation of platform policies is detected.
